COMING SOON: Diabetes and Infection Core

The objective of the Diabetes and Infection Core is to build a foundation for researchers to explore topics at the diabetes-infectious diseases interface and to accelerate the pace of the resulting work in a manner that will enable translation to improved clinical practice. This will be accomplished by providing an interface to facilitate interactions between researchers in both areas, lowering the barrier to interdisciplinary work by providing relevant resources, and raising general awareness of relevant questions and opportunities at the diabetes-infection interface.
